The shoes are made from natural materials: a leather upper, full lambswool lining, and a cork footbed. The rubber outsole allows the Mika clog to be worn both indoors and briefly outdoors. The materials were chosen for their durability and functional properties.
The interior of the Mika clog is fully lined with genuine lambswool. This material acts as a natural insulator, keeping feet warm in winter and providing cooling in summer. Wool is breathable and wicks moisture effectively, preventing clammy feet. Additionally, the texture of the lambswool stimulates blood circulation in the feet, helping reduce fatigue and maintaining a consistently comfortable environment inside the shoe.
The cork footbed combined with the rubber outsole offers excellent shock absorption. Cork is naturally resilient, absorbing impacts while walking and reducing strain on the joints. The rubber sole provides grip and extra stability. This combination of materials softens each step and delivers the necessary support with every stride.
